For all the xDSL and terminal units, Ethernet switch, and other products, New Greennet promises: Maintenance for life; 12-month maintenance for free.

For these network products in the free maintenance regulations in the maintenance card, we provide free maintenance services within the whole country. For those not in the free maintenance regulations, we provide fee-cost maintenance service.

For the products of stopping production, New Greennet will preserve several products for failure exchange and maintenance.

2. Technology support
For all the xDSL and terminal units, Ethernet switch, and other products, New Greennet promises:

Technology support for life
Free call and E-mail technology supports for each sold network products for life.

Software upgrade for life
Provide upgrade software in the form of E-mail or CD for clients and clients can download it in customer service web site. The upgrade software is together with the corresponded instructor for convenient use.

3.Client training
With the training tenet of “Based on clients, pay attention to the efficiency? New Greennet provides complete and excellent training service facing customers from network operating maintenance and scheme to network management, and the three-level training of the concentrated training combined with the scene training in Shenzhen headquarters and every province.

Clients can obtain installation and maintenance data through New Greennet Web site http://www.green-net.com.cn or the paper document, E-mail, disk or CD to master the latest maintenance experience and skills.

4.Failure response and products maintenanc
There is 24-hour customer service hotline in New Greennet which can meet the needs of clients at any time. Clients can call us for technology support at any time when the network devices is faulting or damaging.

Promise for failure response time
For all the L2 and lower network products (including ADSL terminal products), customer service department will provide the solution in 2 hours after receiving the call. For the L3 and superior network products, customer service department will provide the solution in 1 hour after receiving the call.

Promise for product repairing
For the L2 and lower network products, we will repair the device or change the spoilt parts in 24 hours. If there is the exception that we cannot repair it in time, the maintenance department will provide the standby device after negotiating with the client to guarantee the normal working of the network.
